Steel tube weights and dimensions

The image shows four different views of cylindrical pipes. The first view is a close-up of a single orange pipe with a black interior. The second view displays a bundle of orange pipes arranged in a circular pattern. The third view shows a collection of metallic pipes with a shiny surface. The fourth view features another bundle of orange pipes stacked together.

The image highlights variations in color and arrangement of different types of cylindrical pipes, which can be interesting for understanding their potential applications in construction or manufacturing.
A table showing the specifications of pipes with different nominal bore/BSP thread sizes in both metric and imperial units. The table includes columns for approximate outside diameter, wall thickness (medium and heavy), approximate internal diameter (medium and heavy), and weight per meter for plain ends (medium and heavy). The sizes range from 6 mm (1/8") to 150 mm (6").

Inside the diameter given is VERY approximate because of the tolerances on the od and on the wall thickness.

If the tube has a weld bead (all tube up to 50mm NB will have a weld bead and larger sizes might have one also) it will reduce the size of the diameter.

Tube is supplied in 6.5mtrs full random lengths or 3.25mtrs half random lengths as standard. We can cut tube to special lengths and screw or groove the ends if requested.
