Equal and half sockets

The image shows technical engineering diagrams of two cylindrical pipe fittings or connectors viewed from the side. The diagrams are in cross-section to show the internal threading of the fittings. Both diagrams include dimension lines in red, with "L" indicating length and "ØA" indicating diameter. The fitting on the right appears to be a shorter version of the one on the left, but both have the same diameter measurement.
The image shows two metal pipe couplings or sockets labeled "Full" and "Half". The left coupling ("Full") appears to be internally threaded and has a cylindrical shape. The right coupling ("Half") is shorter in length and appears to be a plain, unthreaded ring. Both fittings appear to be made of stainless steel or similar metal and are photographed against a white background.

Sockets are made from castings but turned on the outside to give a smooth finish so that they are suitable for welding.

The image shows a technical specification table for pipe fittings with seven columns. The table lists dimensions and weights for both "Full" and "Half" fittings. The columns include "Nominal bore" (in both Metric and Imperial measurements), "Diameter dim. A" (in mm), "Full Length dim. L" (in mm), "Half Length dim. L" (in mm), "Full Weight each" (in kgs), and "Half Weight each" (in kgs). The table contains 11 different sizes ranging from 6mm (1/8") to 80mm (3"). The data is presented in a bordered table with black text on a white background.
